Select Tool -> Accounts





From the Internet Accounts Screen choose the Add button located in the upper right corner.





At that point you will be presented with a drop down list. Select Mail





A window named Internet Connection Wizard appears.

The first box that appears is labeled Display Name. Type your Full Name in this box as you would like it to appear next to your email address. For example: Steve Martin
Then click Next

The next screen that appears will offer two choices. Choose I already have an email address that I'd like to use by clicking in the white circle next to it. Then type your
email address in the box labeled E-mail Address. Click Next.

The next screen requires information regarding the email server. By default POP3 should be selected where it says My Incoming Mail Server is a _ server 



Next you will need to specify the names of your incoming and outgoing mail servers. Fill in the both boxes with the following:

Incoming Mail Server: mail.pineynet.com

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.pineynet.com

Then click Next.

This screen requires you to type in your logon information for your email account. Type your username and password in the appropriate boxes. Then click Next.

Then click Finish and you are ready to start sending and receiving email.
