From the list below Mail & Newsgroups choose Identity

Type your Full name in the box named Your Name:

Type your email address in the box labeled email address:

Click on Mail Server from the box on the left.  

On the mail server preferences screen click the Edit button

On the next screen type the following
server name: mail.pineynet.com
server type: POP3 Server
username: type your username here

Mail Server Preferences. Type mail.pineynet.com into the box named Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:
Type your username into the box below.

Click on POP and make sure there is not a check in the Leave messages on server box.

Click OK
