Dial-Up Revision

 

This walkthrough assumes that the dial-up connection was already created.

 

go to start>connect to>show all connections

 

then right click the Dial-up icon and select properties.

 

Fill in a phone number you want to use from the phone list and uncheck use dialing rules...

 

make sure it all looks like that

Click on TCP/IP and then click properties

 

You can fill in the DNS servers here... then click advanced

 

make sure it all looks like that

 

make sure it all looks like that, then hit OK

 

don't forget about the advanced tab.

make sure it all looks like that

"OK" your way back out and you are done!!
